We want to send out a huge thanks to Moe’s Southwest Grill for their many contributions to the Bert’s Big Adventure family! We also want to thank all of T he Bert Show listeners who went to Moe’s Wednesdays and helped us to continue to create magical moments for our very special Bert’s Big Adventure kids! The end of June marks the end of this year’s Moe’s Wednesdays, a five-year long tradition in which Moe’s Southwest Grill donates 10 percent of their net sales to Bert’s Big Adventure every Wednesday in June. Although we will miss the weekly trips to Moe’s, we are so excited to announce that this year, Moe’s raised $80,000. This donation will make a huge impact on the families we serve!
Throughout the five-year partnership with Bert’s Big Adventure, Moe’s has donated more than $430,000. We are ecstatic about this contribution, but Moe’s impact on Bert’s Big Adventure is shown in more ways than just numbers. This year, Moe’s provided a much-needed wheelchair for 2017 Bert’s Big Adventure kid Ares, supplied food at Bert’s Big Adventure reunions and was a major sponsor of one of Bert’s Big Adventure’s biggest events, the Atlanta Moon Ride.
Mark Monroe of Moe’s Southwest Grill shared on The Bert Show, “We initially wanted to do this because of all the work that Bert’s Big Adventure does- you’re such a big part of the Atlanta community. What we couldn’t have expected is how pumped up our employees would get for this event every year; it makes such a big impact within our company. We love the partnership.”

Well guess what – Moe’s Wednesdays are back! Every Wednesday in June you have a great reason to enjoy your cheese dip without the side of guilt, because Moe’s Southwest Grill® is donating 10 percent of their net sales to Bert’s Big Adventure again this year!
There are 70+ participating Atlanta locations, with the goal set of raising more than $85,000. Since 2013, Moe’s Southwest Grill® has donated $250,000 to Bert’s Big Adventure.
Here are three things Moe’s newbies should know (not that there are many in Georgia): the roadies will cry “Welcome to Moe’s!®” when you walk in the door (don’t be jolted – it’s normal), the most popular burrito is lovingly called the Homewrecker, and Moe’s Famous Queso is famous for a reason.
Each meal is created-to-order in a way that is as unique as the people Moe’s serves. With honestly awesome ingredients like all-natural chicken, grass-fed steak, organic tofu and handcrafted guacamole, Moe’s offers a wide variety of options to meet guests’ unique tastes and lifestyle. And no matter the meal, guests can always count on getting free chips and salsa.

When: Every Wednesday in June, from open to close. That’s June 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. Hours of operation vary per location.
