It’s our favorite time of year again!
Surprising families who have been selected to go on the Bert’s Big Adventure trip is a perfect way to celebrate the holidays!
This week, Bert, Stacey, Kristin, Brian and Bert’s Big Adventure staff members gathered at the Buckhead Club to surprise three of the newest families selected for Bert’s Big Adventure’s annual trip to Walt Disney World! Families were lead to believe that they were meeting Bert and Stacey for a final interview; Little did they know they were in for an evening full of Disney and Star Wars characters, presents and a dance party to kick-off their first night as part of the Bert’s Big Adventure family!
Noah’s family enjoyed music and dancing with Disney characters, Christopher enjoyed chasing storm troopers around with his new Nerf gun, and Destiny became best friends with Cinderella. A big thank you to the Buckhead Club for providing a venue for this fun evening! Another special thank you to Bert’s Big Adventure Board Member and Fairy Godparent, Cindy Powers, for bringing the Disney and Star Wars characters to make the evening even more magical! Just a quick note – not all the kids going on the trip have been notified yet, but we were able to surprise these three!
