1. Enter for your chance(s) to win four (4) Taylor Swift Suite Tickets + one (1) parking pass for the show in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, April 30, 2023 (each, a “Grand Prize”).
  2. Five (5) Grand Prize winners (the “Grand Prize Winners”) will be selected.
  3. Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is the sponsor and operator of this raffle.
  4. The raffle commences on March 29, 2023.
  5. The raffle will close no later than Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 5 p.m. (the “End Date”) or once 5,000 tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
  6. Official drawing will be held on or about Friday, April 21, 2023, at the Sponsor’s premises, when five (5) Grand Prize Winners will be selected and announced.
  7. The raffle is limited to the first 5,000 chances sold.  Each chance has a 5-5,000 chance of winning a Grand Prize; provided that the odds are subject to change dependent upon the total number of chances sold.
  8. Sponsor is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization licensed by the state of Georgia to conduct this raffle. The Fulton County Sherriff’s Office of Professional Standards, located at 141 Pryor St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303, issued a license to the Sponsor to conduct raffles on March 20, 2023 (the “License”).  A copy of the License may be requested from the Sponsor.
  9. Raffle tickets may only be purchased by legal residents of Georgia. Ticket purchases are non-deductible for tax purposes, and ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older.
  10. The raffle chance is $100 per chance. All proceeds benefit Sponsor.
  11. Sponsor reserves the right to refund entrants for the raffle chances purchased if at least 500 chances are not sold by the End Date, and no raffle drawing will be conducted. Refunds are otherwise not granted. All transactions are final.
  12. Grand Prize Winners are responsible for ALL taxes, sales, and income associated with winnings.
  13. In accordance with the raffle regulations, before claiming any prizes valued $5,000 or greater, the winner must provide his or her social security number, sign all copies of the form W-2G and write a check payable to Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. for the amount required by the IRS on the date of the raffle. Currently, the rate is 24% of the fair market value of the prize, less the cost of the raffle ticket. This rate could change per IRS regulations. This is for tax withholdings on the prize, and Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. will pay the holdings directly to the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the winner.
  14. Employees of The Bert Show and Sponsor and the members of Sponsor’s Board of Directors are not eligible to enter/win.
  15. The Grand Prize Winners are not required to be present to be eligible to win a Grand Prize.
  16. Grand Prize Winners must consent to the use of his or her names, likeness and photographs without compensation for purposes to promote Sponsor and its programs.
  17. If any Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached through the provided contact information within seven (7) days following the official drawing, then an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected.
  18. Sponsor provides no representations or warranties regarding any Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize Winners accept such Grand Prize “as is.”
  19. It is each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility for any transportation fees to/from the concert.
  20. Each Grand Prize Winner must provide a valid email address for the transfer of tickets.
  21. Each Grand Prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of winner’s participation, acceptance, use or misuse of any Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this raffle or use, misuse, acceptance, or redemption of any Grand Prize. By participating in this raffle, contestants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses, or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor or its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this raffle, or the announcement of any Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this raffle in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this raffle is jeopardized. This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. This raffle is sponsored and conducted by Sponsor. All rights reserved.
