1. Enter to win the all-new, 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 SUV. (MSRP $37,500.) In lieu of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 SUV, the winner may choose an alternate prize in the form of a $25,000 Certified Check (the “Check”) offered by Bert’s Big Adventure. The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 SUV or the Check, as applicable, shall be referred to as the “Grand Prize,” and this raffle shall be referred to as the “Raffle.”
  2. Raffle commences on September 1, 2023.
  3. Raffle chances must be purchased by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 (the “End Date”).
  4. Official drawing will be held on or about Friday, October 27, 2023, at the Sponsor’s premises, when one Grand Prize Winner will be selected and announced (“Grand Prize Winner”).
  5. Three Secondary Prize winners will be selected and awarded $500 each and announced (“Secondary Prize Winners”).
  6. Raffle chance is $100 per chance. All proceeds benefit Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
  7. Raffle limited to the first 2,500 chances sold.
  8. Each chance has a 1-2,500 chance of winning Grand Prize; provided that odds are subject to change dependent upon the total number of chances sold.
  9. Sponsor reserves the right to refund entrants for the Raffle chances purchased in the event at least 500 chances are not sold by the End Date, and no raffle drawing will be conducted. Refunds are otherwise not granted. All transactions are final.
  10. Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners must each be 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or valid ID.
  11. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for ALL taxes, sales and income associated with winnings, valid insurance, registration, title, and any options not associated with the vehicle as listed.
  12. Grand Prize Winner must provide a valid Social Security number for proper Form W2-G filings.In accordance with the raffle regulations, before claiming any prizes valued $5,000 or greater, the winner must provide his or her social security number, sign all copies of the form W-2G and write a check payable to Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. for the amount required by the IRS on the date of the raffle. Currently, the rate is 24% of the fair market value of the prize, less the cost of the raffle ticket. This rate could change per IRS regulations. This is for tax withholdings on the prize, and Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. will pay the withholdings directly to the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the winner.
  13. Sponsor and RBM of Alpharetta (“Dealer”) are not responsible for any costs related to the transfer or delivery of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 SUV.
  14. Employees of The Bert Show and Sponsor and the members of Sponsor’s Board of Directors are not eligible to enter/win. Likewise, owners and officers of Dealer are not eligible to enter/win.
  15. The Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners are not required to be present to be eligible to win Grand Prize.
  16. Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners must consent to the use of his or her names, likeness and photographs without compensation for purposes to promote Sponsor and its programs.

  18. If Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winners cannot be reached in seven (7) days following drawing, alternate winner(s) may be selected.
  19. Bert’s Big Adventure provides no representations or warranties as to the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Grand Prize “as is.”

Grand Prize Winneragrees to hold Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc., RBM of Alpharetta, and theirrespective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of winner’s participation, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Raffle or use, misuse, acceptance, or redemption of the Grand Prize. By participating in this Raffle, contestants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses, or injuries shall be asserted against Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. and RBM of Alpharetta or their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns. Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Raffle, or the announcement of the Grand Prize. Bert’s Big Adventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Raffle in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Raffle is jeopardized.
