1. Enter this sweepstake (the “Sweepstakes”) for a chance to win a gift (the “Grand Prize”) from Ingenuity Baby (the “Sponsor”) offered by Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. (“BBA”). The Grand Prize has an approximate cash value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
  2. Entries may be made starting at 6:00 AM EST on March 1, 2021.
  3. Entries must be made by 11:59 PM EST on March 5, 2021.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
  5. Entries must contain one (1) prediction of the sex of The Bert Show host Kristin Klingshirn’s baby, to be born on or about March 27, 2021, (a “Prediction”).
  6. Only entries with a correct Prediction will be considered in the official drawing.
  7. The official drawing will be held following the birth of the baby on or about March 27, 2021, when one winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected and announced on The Bert Show.
  8. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1-1,000, but dependent upon the total number of entries made and the percentage of those entries with correct Predictions.
  9. The Grand Prize Winner must each be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or a valid ID.
  10. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for ALL taxes, sales, and income, associated with winnings, valid insurance, registration, title, and any options not associated with the vehicle as listed.
  11. The Grand Prize Winner must provide a valid Social Security number for proper Form W2-G filings.
  12. Employees of BBA and the Sponsor and the members of their Boards of Directors are not eligible to enter/win. Likewise, owners and officers of Sponsor are not eligible to enter/win.
  13. The Grand Prize Winner is not required to be present to be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
  14. The Grand Prize Winner must consent to the use of his or her name, likeness, and photographs without compensation for purposes to promote BBA, the Sponsor, and their respective programs.
  15. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached in seven (7) days following the drawing, then an alternate winner(s) may be randomly selected.
  16. BBA and the Sponsor provide no representations or warranties as to the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Grand Prize “as is.”
  17. The Grand Prize Winner agrees to hold The Bert Show, BBA, the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of winner’s participation, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use, misuse, acceptance or redemption of the Grand Prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, contestants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses or injuries shall be asserted against The Bert Show, BBA and Sponsor or their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns. BBA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the Grand Prize. BBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes is jeopardized.
