- Enter to win (i) a five (5) night stay at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic (the “Casa de Campo Package”), (ii) a six (6) night Walt Disney World Vacation Package from Wishdrawals (the “Disney Package”), or (iii) a $7,500 Delta Vacations gift certificate (the “Delta Package”). Each of the Casa de Campo Package, the Disney Package, and the Delta Package is referred to as a “Grand Prize,” and the foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Grand Prizes.” This raffle shall be referred to as the “Raffle.” For the avoidance of doubt, it is intended that the Raffle described in these rules is one raffle providing for the award of multiple prizes.
- The first winner drawn shall in the Raffle be referred to as the “First Prize Winner,” the second winner drawn in the Raffle shall be referred to as the “Second Prize Winner,” and the third winner drawn in the Raffle shall be referred to as the “Third Prize Winner.”
- The First Prize Winner shall have the right to select any of the Grand Prizes and may choose any of the Casa de Campo Package, the Disney Package, or the Delta Package.
- The Second Prize Winner shall have the right to select either of the two Grand Prizes remaining after the First Prize Winner has selected a Grand Prize as described in Section 3 above.
- The Third Prize Winner will receive the Grand Prize remaining after each of the First Prize Winner and Second Prize Winner have selected Grand Prizes as described in Sections 3 and 4 above.
- Raffle commences on March 31, 2025.
- Raffle chances must be purchased by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 (the “End Date”).
- Official drawing will be held on or about Friday, May 2, 2025, at Sponsor’s premises, when the First Prize Winner, Second Prize Winner, and Third Prize Winner will be selected and announced (collectively, the “Grand Prize Winners”).
- In addition, two Secondary Prize winners will be selected and announced, and each will be awarded a $500 Delta Gift Card (“Secondary Prize Winners”).
- Raffle chance is $100 per chance. All proceeds benefit Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
- Raffle is limited to the first 5,000 chances sold.
- Each chance has a 1-1,666.67 chance of winning one of the Grand Prizes; provided that odds are subject to change dependent upon the total number of chances sold.
- Sponsor reserves the right to refund entrants for the Raffle chances purchased in the event that at least 1,000 chances are not sold by the End Date, and no raffle drawing will be conducted. Refunds are otherwise not granted. All transactions are final.
- All Grand Prize Winners and Secondary Prize Winners must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or valid ID.
- Each Grand Prize Winner and Secondary Prize Winner is responsible for ALL taxes, sales, and income associated with winnings.
- Each Grand Prize Winner must provide a valid Social Security number for proper Form W2-G filings. In accordance with the raffle regulations, before claiming any prizes valued $5,000 or greater, the winner must provide his or her social security number, sign all copies of the form W-2G, and write a check payable to Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. for the amount required by the IRS on the date of the raffle. Currently, the rate is 25% of the fair market value of the prize, less the cost of the raffle ticket. This rate could change per IRS regulations. This is for tax withholdings on the prize, and Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. will pay the withholdings directly to the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the winner.
- Employees of The Bert Show and Sponsor and the members of Sponsor’s Board of Directors are not eligible to enter/win. Likewise, owners and officers of Casa de Campo, Wishdrawals, and/or Delta Vacations are not eligible to enter/win.
- The Grand Prize Winners and Secondary Prize Winners are not required to be present to be eligible to win.
- Grand Prize Winners and Secondary Prize Winners must consent to the use of their respective names, likenesses, and photographs without compensation for purposes to promote Sponsor and its programs.

- If Grand Prize Winners and Secondary Prize Winners cannot be reached in seven (7) days following drawing, alternate winner(s) may be selected.
- Bert’s Big Adventure provides no representations or warranties as to the Grand Prizes, and the Grand Prize Winners accept the Grand Prizes “as is.”
Grand Prize Winners agree to hold Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc., Casa de Campo, Wishdrawals, Delta Vacations, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of winner’s participation, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prizes. Grand Prize Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Raffle or use, misuse, acceptance, or redemption of the Grand Prize. By participating in this Raffle, contestants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses, or injuries shall be asserted against Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc., Casa de Campo, Wishdrawals, and Delta Vacations for their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns. Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Raffle, or the announcement of the Grand Prizes or secondary prizes. Bert’s Big Adventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Raffle in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Raffle is jeopardized.
