Applications are now open for Bert’s Big Adventure’s magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World. If your child (or a family you know) could use some much needed joy and wonder, we would be honored to hear their story.
Thank you for your interest in applying and/or nominating a child for the Bert’s Big Adventure trip to Walt Disney World.
Established in 2002, Bert’s Big Adventure is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.
Qualifications
Please make sure that the family you’d like to nominate meets the Bert’s Big Adventure Qualifications before moving forward.
The Application
Families do not need to be nominated to apply! You are welcome to send the link to the application directly to the family without nominating them first.
Submission Date
All applications must be submitted by September 8, 2025 to be accepted, so don’t wait to nominate a family! Families will be notified no later than January 1, 2026.
The Selection Process
The selection process is not based on votes; we only accept one nomination/application per child.
