After having the whole day Sunday to spend however they liked, our families packed up and headed to ESPN Zone at the Boardwalk on Monday morning for a live broadcast with The Bert Show before we hopped on a plane back to Atlanta.
Parents read personalized letters to their children and talked about the highlights of the trip on air while the rest of the families listened in (hear clips from the show here). Upon arrival at the ExpressJet hangar in Atlanta, we were greeted by a spontaneous dance party with the whole Bert’s Big Adventure gang and some of our favorite Disney characters.
