Travel Raffle 2026
  1. Enter to win a $15,000 Delta Vacations gift certificate offered by Bert’s Big Adventure. The Delta Vacations gift certificate shall be referred to as the “Grand Prize,” and this raffle shall be referred to as the “Raffle.”
  2. Raffle commences on May 4, 2026.
  3. Raffle chances must be purchased by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 (the “End Date”).
  4. Official drawing will be held on or about Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Sponsor’s premises, when one Grand Prize Winner will be selected and announced (“Grand Prize Winner”).
  5. Raffle ticket amounts are $100 for 1 (one) ticket chance and $250 for 3 (three) ticket chances. All proceeds benefit Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
  6. Raffle is limited to the first 5,000 chances sold.
  7. Each chance has a 1 in 5,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize if the maximum number of chances are sold. Actual odds are dependent upon the total number of chances sold.
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to refund entrants for the Raffle chances purchased in the event that at least 1,000 chances are not sold by the End Date, and no raffle drawing will be conducted. Refunds are otherwise not granted. All transactions are final.
  9. The Grand Prize Winner must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or valid ID.
  10. Mail-In Entries: Raffle chances may also be purchased by mailing a check made payable to Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. to the following address: 6849 Peachtree Dunwoody Road NE, Building B1, Suite 101, Atlanta, GA 30342. Mail-in requests must include the entrant’s full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. To be eligible for the drawing, mail-in entries must be physically received at the Sponsor’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the End Date (May 27, 2026). Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail.
  11. Before claiming the Grand Prize, the Winner must provide a valid Social Security number and sign all required IRS forms (including Form W-2G). Because the prize value exceeds $5,000, the IRS requires Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. to collect federal income tax withholding. The Winner must provide a check payable to Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. for the required withholding amount (currently 24% of the fair market value of the prize, less the cost of the raffle chance) before the prize can be awarded. Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. will remit this payment directly to the IRS on the winner’s behalf.
  12. Employees of Sponsor and the members of Sponsor’s Board of Directors are not eligible to enter/win. Likewise, owners and officers of Delta Vacations are not eligible to enter/win.
  13. The Grand Prize is subject to all terms and conditions set forth by Delta Vacations. The certificate is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  14. The Grand Prize Winner must consent to the use of their respective names, likenesses, and photographs without compensation for purposes to promote Sponsor and its programs.
  15. Raffle License issued by Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, Atlanta, GA. Raffle License may be viewed at 6849 Peachtree Dunwoody Road NE, Building B1, Suite 101, Atlanta, GA 30342.
  16. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached in seven (7) days following drawing, alternate winner(s) may be selected. Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner via the phone number and email address provided at the time of purchase.
  17. Bert’s Big Adventure provides no representations or warranties as to the Grand Prize, and the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Grand Prize “as is.”
  18. Grand Prize Winner agrees to hold Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc., Delta Vacations, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liabilities, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of winner’s participation, acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Raffle or use, misuse, acceptance, or redemption of the Grand Prize. By participating in this Raffle, contestants agree that no claim relating to damages, losses, or injuries shall be asserted against Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc., Delta Vacations for their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns. Bert’s Big Adventure, Inc. is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Raffle, or the announcement of the Grand Prize. Bert’s Big Adventure reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Raffle in the event the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Raffle is jeopardized.
