Bert and Amanda are engaged!
In case you missed the exciting announcement, Bert and Amanda’s love story took a magical turn in Scotland, where Bert proposed overlooking the breathtaking cliffs of Kilt Rock. Just as Amanda said yes, the clouds parted and a rainbow appeared, a picture-perfect moment that felt straight out of a fairytale.
“The universe gave us a crazy gift right after I proposed to Amanda in Scotland. It was raining and kinda dreary but the view was still spectacular at Kilt Rock. All the other tourists left at the same time so it was so peaceful. Just Amanda and I. I proposed.”
She got excited and had to be reminded she needed to say yes at some point. 
Then just at that moment the clouds parted giving way to sunshine. Then seconds after that a spectacular rainbow! You can see the sun coming out in the video. PROOF I’m not making up some kind of romantic fairytale. It was pretty dang magical.”
“Scotland will forever be my favorite place. Every day was filled with rainbows, reminding us of God’s promise of infinitely more. You are my home for life, Bert.”
