Bert Treats Local Kids to "Big Adventure"

Eight area families, including two from Gwinnett, are on a magical adventure this week thanks to Q100’s Bert Weiss. Kelsea Smith, 6, and Lacee Lallerstedt, 4, both of Loganville, are among those at Walt Disney World this weekend thanks to Bert’s Big Adventure, the nonprofit Weiss started with his wife, Stacey, to treat kids with chronic or terminal illnesses. Their parents and siblings are along for the ride, as is the “Bert Show” crew, which will be broadcasting from Orlando today and Monday. Donate to the charitable cause at www.bertsbigadventure.org.
